This shop is a culmination of a dream. I have finally been able to put together the shop I have always wanted to have. This shop is all about the new, ready to learn, future magician. I have hand picked every trick in the store, with the beginner and hobbyist magician in mind. I have tricks and kits geared directly to any age group 5 years and up. I also have easy to perform, professional effects, as well. Come visit and I will demonstrate and teach you the tricks you want. There is truly something for everyone in this shop. The Peoria Magicians Assembly
This club of magicians, both professional and hobbyists, has been meeting in Peoria and surrounding communities for decades. For the past 15 years, we have done a yearly show at The Peoria Expo Gardens. We meet the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at Avalon's Magic Emporium. Please come and join us. This building is located a couple of blocks north of the foot of the Cedar Street Bridge. If you are traveling south on SW Washington, this is what you'll see as you pass by. Just beyond this building, you might find a photo studio that hosts magic demonstrations and showcases some impressive magic tricks, along with a retail magic shop for enthusiasts.

Just past 'The Mill', you'll notice some old abandoned railroad tracks that run between 'The Mill' building and The Dooley Brothers building. This area is perfect for capturing unique shots for your photo studio or retail magic displays. Be sure to turn right here to explore further, where you might even catch some magic demonstrations or learn a few magic tricks.

As you follow the tracks into the parking lot, you can park wherever there is space, ensuring you are courteous to others. If there is space, parking against the block wall is perfect, especially if you’re visiting for the magic demonstrations or planning to capture some great moments at the photo studio after enjoying the thrilling magic tricks available at our retail magic shop.

Once you've parked, look in the corner of the building next to the Pottery Studio; you'll see a green door. That is 'The Magic Door,' where you can witness incredible magic demonstrations and explore a variety of retail magic items. Don't forget to check out the adjacent photo studio for some memorable snapshots!

Once you reach 'The Magic Door', look for the sign that says 'The Magician is in.' It will be located just below the 'Artist Studios' sign. If you don't see the Magician sign, I am not available for magic demonstrations or magic tricks. You really should have made an appointment if you wanted to visit the photo studio or explore retail magic.
